Patrick has released a new version of the Custom Page Creator ...

This should work with all earlier version of e107, as well as all forthcoming version, unless jalist changes the page template.
A snippet directly from the readme.txt file:
I added new features, now when you press Bold, Italic, Underline, and Block Quote, you're presented with a textbox enabling you to enter the text you want inside the various tags. Also, when you click the Link button, you're given the option to enter the Link Name, Link URL, and the Target of the link (_blank, _top, _parent, or same window). Lastly, I made a small change that wasn't really needed but I made the change, juct because I can, and it will make your page more uniform with e107.
